Below are descriptions for each data table in the Simulacrum. All the data within the Simulacrum is synthetic.

Includes patient demographics from the registry, vital status date and cause of death. Contains Link_Number which allows linkage to SIM_SACT_PATIENT.
Main tumour table containing details for each tumour registered. Each patient may have more than one tumour. Includes tumourid, age at diagnosis, screening status, demographics, tumour site, staging, TNM staging, grade, tumour morphology, performance status, hormone receptor status, surgery date and deprivation index.
SACT patient table contains just patientid and Link_Number which allows linkage to SIM_AV_PATIENT.
SACT regimen table. Contains regimenid, benchmark group, mapped regimen, chemoradiation, intent of treatment, date of decision to treat, height and weight at start of regimen, clinical trial and start date of regimen.
SACT cycle table. Contains cycleid and regimenid. Contains cycle number, opcs procurement code, performance status at start of cycle and start date of cycle.
SACT outcome table. Contains regimenid and outcomeid. Contains date of final treatment, regimen dose reduction, regimen time delay, regimen stopped early and regimen outcome summary.
SACT drug detail table. Contains details of the individual drugs and doses which make up the cycle / regimen. Contains cycleid and regimenid. Contains actual dose per administration, administration date, administration route, drug group, OPCS delivery code and org code of drug provider.
